About EPC Network

EPC Network grew out of a recognition that many property owners, surveyors and solicitors struggle to find information and assistance that is simple and relevant in relation to transactional business and EPCs in Scotland.

EPC Network was founded jointly by a chartered building surveying company and a leading web design and marketing company, both based in Edinburgh.

What We Do

We are the first point of contact for anyone in Scotland who needs to find out more about EPCs and their relevance to buying, selling and leasing commercial property. The site is both a free source of information and advice and an introducer between potential clients and qualified assessors.

We know how property transactions work and are aware of the pressures that can be brought to bear in relation to the amount of information needed (the EPC being only one aspect) to get from Heads of Terms to the point of settlement. We realise that the EPC is part of a jigsaw that involves a number of pieces, all of which need to be put in place and we want to make the process of getting an EPC as easy as possible.

We provide a service for anyone who needs an EPC in connection with selling or letting commercial property in Scotland by working with assessors that we know and trust and by ensuring an open and transparent relationship between EPC Network, its clients and our team of assessors.
